Dr Marr is so approachable and friendly, and I love that he takes the time to explain what the numbers mean, and what I should watch for in the future. Their estimates for when glasses will be back from the lab are accurate, and sometimes even early! The glasses selection process is easy, and no hard-sell on upgrades. Everyone there is very kind and friendly! I believe Lindsey was the person who helped me with pickin... g my glasses, and she was delightful! I have a hard time changing my appearance, so picking new frames was a tough thing for me, but Lindsey made the entire process easy, and she was very sweet, informative, and helpful! The whole staff makes the place feel welcoming and relaxed. Definitely will be returning here for all my vision needs!

I’ve always had very good service at Insight on Woodland, in Lenexa. Dr. Marr is excellent and is ... always patient with questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. Lindsay the manager is always excellent too, and she provides such good customer service. All the staff have always been very good. They are all responsive to questions, issues and call backs.
